This place is amazing. Our family van got hit in a parking lot, I figured it would be a huge hassle to fix it, so much that I almost just said forget it. Well Haw's does estimates instantly, you just drive in and they take care of it in 15 minutes, no appointment needed. Plus, they are amazing and personable and not intimidating or rude like some body shops can be. They gave me a quick estimate and we scheduled the repair. When it came time for the repair, they took the time to set me up with a rental- they made the calls and organized it, and took care of the arrangements and even had the rental company pick me up at their place right when I arrived, plus, they got the reduced rate for me! The car was fixed right on time, and the estimate was literally EXACTLY what the final bill was. It looked beautiful. While I had the rental, I wanted to get our van's brakes fixed, but had to work and couldn't do the car swap down to the brakes repair place. Well to my amazement, they took car of those arrangements too!. They took my newly fixed car down the road a mile and a half to the brakes place while I was at work, and arranged the drop off with them. They left the final bill for me to sign and return and even put a self addressed stamped envelope to make it easy. Seriously! If you need a great repair, with ZERO hassle, this is your place. Love them.

I know reviews are usually for customers but this place is really upbeat. They're really friendly and professional. I was a vendor for them and they're pretty rad people. I've witnessed how they treat the clients and care for their vehicles. They concern a lot and take pride in their work. An encounter I witnessed was when a hit and run occurred on a vehicle parked in front of the shop. Luckily it wasn't a clients, it was an employees but their overall concern was their clients. Plus, the woman in the front office is so chill. Check them out! Also they have a really clean courtesy shuttle as compared to these other shops who make you arrange your own transportation or make you ride in some phased out vehicle.

If you're looking for the best, look no further! I took my Lexus, BMW, Mercedes Benz and Porsche to this auto body shop and was treated great! The quality of work was flawless. All of my experiences here, over the years, has been extremely seamless and consistent which made me feel awesome. Have utilized Haws Auto body several times over the years. Very trustworthy & reliable services. Besides body work, they do complete detail work as well... & not the light detailing you get at the carwash.

Reasonable and good work.

I used to go there concord location and always got great advice (including one time when they said it's not worth letting us do the work) they are one of the only body shops I can trust to do the work right. They were referred to me by Neillo infinity who sent all their new cars and lease returns exclusively to them. They also handle other high end vehicle dealerships that do not have their own body shops. They're not cheap- but their paint always matches and last as long as you own your car. Let's face it- nobody wants a red car with a pink bumper after it fades in 5 years. If you plan to keep your car- go to haws

replaced a fender, repaired damage to a hood and rear bumper, and perform the associated rebate work. BMW 550i silver. I think the work came out great. Color is bright and clean and consistent with the color of the rest of the car. Detail at the end got the paint surface consistent as well. Completely happy with the service. Recommended by my BMW mechanic in Walnut Creek, who I trust in the first place.

This was the first time I have used Haw's Plaza Auto. I was waited on promptly and the process for submitting my claim to my insurance company was clearly explained. I was give an estimate for the cost of repairs and the time I would need to leave my car. When I called later to check on the progress I found that the estimate for completion was very accurate. When I picked up my car the repair was invisible and the car was spotless, inside and out. If I ever need any body repairs of any kind, Haw's will be on top of my list.
