This review is long overdue. In May last year I had the pleasure of working with Mike at Haws to repair my vehicle. This is a family business and it shows. I don't know how they manage to hire such wonderful staff, but they have the best and I'm sure they work hard to retain them. The car looked brand new when I picked it up. Just a couple of weeks ago, I stopped by for an estimate for some minor damage to my front bumper and Nate laid down on street pavement right then and there and reattached the loose part and also rubbed out a scuff mark. I couldn't believe how helpful he was and I truly appreciated it.

I am a repeat customer at Haws Autobody. I recently backed into a hosereel at my house, adding to previous rearend injuries. I ad to wait 3 weeks for an appointment, but the wait was more than worth it! My 2016 Honda CRV looked brand new when they were done, and perhaps because the car took an extra day to finish the job, it was clean inside and out, like a mini-detail job. The staff are wonderful, very professional, and made me feel like a prized customer. I would highly recommend Haws!

Luis is the perfect Service Writer. He knew exactly what needed to be done and did it. All I had to do is show him where my car was parked. Liz demonstrated a high level of expertise and maintained a professional demeanor that made the entire process pleasant. She walked me through the entire process; initial paperwork, scheduling, drop off, rental car, and again when I picked up my car.

Haws Auto Body repaired by 2019 VW Atlas that as involved in a hit and run. Haws is a VW Certified Collision Repair Facility, they restored my Atlas to like new condition and worked with my insurance company. Their work is backed by a lifetime warranty. Mike was cordial and professional, thank you Haws for doing a great job.

Why add insult to injury? The last thing anyone wants after their car gets dinged is to deal with a snarky auto body shop on top of it. Over the years my car has had a few episodes, and each time my experience at Haws Plaza Auto has been superb. Mike, the owner is personable, straightforward and informative, and Lisa the receptionist is so nice. I just picked up my car today, as scheduled, and besides the perfect workmanship, my car was washed, vacuumed, and SANITIZED. I'm a certified germophobe, and these days, that was very much appreciated. I can highly recommend them.
