I was really bummed when I got a dent in my nearly new SUV. Haws did a fantastic job fixing it so that it looks like it never happened. Very nice people to deal with too!

Everything went so smoothly, just like it was supposed to. I highly recommend Haws. They did a good job in a timely manner and they cleaned my car inside and out.

This Lafayette repair shop did a solid, professional job taking care of my burglarized SUV. They had the supply connections to bring in the replacement window same day. They completed the work in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. They offered to get me back to the shop via shuttle service. Found my car looking shiny and new with all the glass shards removed. Excellent location right next to the parking lot for the over-the-top public library in downtown Lafayette. Bonus points for one of their employees had played drums with my brother decades ago. No need to leave Lamorinda when in need of glass repairs.

Looking for an honest and capable body shop? This is it. I was referred by my trusted auto repair shop. I was told "they do a great job and they don't overcharge you". Spoke to Mike who talked me through the options on my relatively small dent. In the end the best option was NOT to get the repair work done....but how many shops would help you come to that conclusion? They will get my next body repair (seems I have one once per year :)

I took my truck to Haw's following a recent car accident. They fixed it to perfection and were great to work with. Would highly recommend them.

I've worked with a lot of different auto body shops and Mike, at Haws, is by far as the best most reliable and honest guy that I've ever met. How to unlink doesn't handle all the work deal with insurance companies and treat you with great customer service funny as one of the best warranties in terms of paint out there. I hope that for as long as I live in California and Mike is still around as I will take my car no where else. Hopefully you never get into an accident but in the case that you do I would highly recommend Haws Auto Body!

This Auto place is very caring and does great work. We have used them for years and are very pleased. I would come from far away for this service and work. Mike is so knowledgeable and pleasant especially when you have do deal with fixing your dented car.

Haws' Auto is amazing. I recently got into an fender bender. I was turned away by 3 local auto body shops because of the type of paint I have on my car. Mike at Haws' was not only able to match my flat matt paint but he kept in constant contact with me through the process. The car was done and done well. The service was good enough for me to actually post a review. Thank you guys for everything!

Let me start by saying I work for State Farm & get yelled at pretty much daily by customers with poor claim experiences,due to crappy work from some really well known body shops in the area. So when choosing shops for myself, I am always leery. Unfortunately my brand new vehicle has been hit 3 times in the last 6 months & I have had nothing but great service & great work done by Haws. My car still looks brand new & they always go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Mike is awesome & goes to extraordinary efforts to make my life easier when I need them to repair my vehicle. So much so, that I live in Pittsburg & willingly drive past dozens of body shops to bring my vehicles here. There is no other body shop I would let touch my cars, & even though it sucks having your car damaged, dealing with Mike & his crew makes it as an enjoyable experience as it can be.

Update...back to five stars. They did the right thing and repainted the car. All good, happy to recommend them without hesitation. Plus they sometimes have tootsie rolls in the waiting area!
